Challenge #1 - The HandGrip Challenge
Duration - 7 Days
Equipment Required - A pair of handgrip
This challenge will definitely give your a lot of pain but it will leave you with strong forearms and a solid grip. You can perform it anytime, anywhere and at the frequency you like. Just make sure you complete the desired reps
