It is MANDATORY for all players to mention their ITN No. and validity, when sending their ENTRY for any tournament. In case a player has not received his/her ITN No. than they are advised to mention the Receipt no. along with date of the receipt on the entry form.
FOR PLAYERS WHO ARE PLAYING AITA TOURNAMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAVE REGISTRATION RECEIPT, IT WILL BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND THEIR RECEIPT NO. TO AITA, at registration@aitatennis.com WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT. FAILING THIS THEIR RANKING WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED BY AITA.
All correspondence WRT ITN NO. Should be made at registration@aitatennis.com
NOTE: It is mandatory for player who is born after 1998, to submit the MCD Certificate as a DOB proof.
All India Tennis Association (AITA) has mentioned in the Registration form that the Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority should be within one year of the Child’s Birth and is MANDATORY AS THE PROOF OF DATE OF BIRTH. This has been done in order to prevent age fraud of Registered Players with AITA It has been noticed that the Birth Certificate submitted by some of the PLAYERS is not as per the rules, and hence the Registration has been rejected. AITA has now decided to give another chance to such cases to explain the reason for the delay in registration of DOB and Proof if any from hospital etc. Such cases are requested to forward your explanations/reason and hospital certificate which will be put up for consideration of the Management Committee to consider your request/explanation to take the final decision regarding the Registration of your ward.

Documents required to register are:
- Proof of Date Of Birth -
- MCD Certificate (Copy) – Mandatory ( Birth Certificate )
- School Certificate (Original) in letter head or Passport Copy - (Any one)
- Photographs (2) passport size
- Duly Filled Form.

- Demand Draft
- For Over - 10 ( 2 years) = Rs. 3,000+540 (GST 18%)= Rs. 3,540.
- For Under -10 (Vailidity till 31st December when the applicant completes 10th Birthday) = Rs. 2000 +360 (GST 18%) = Rs. 2,360
- (in favor of AITA-ITN, payable at New Delhi) .
